Pioneer is one of the world's largest integrated manufacturer of flex banner, PVC Foam Sheet and self-adhesive vinyl. We are the first company to start flex banner in India. Our machines and technology are imported from Taiwan, Germany, Korea and China. The factory is spread over 10 acres of land where we have multiple production lines for flex banner, foam sheet, vinyl and reinforcement fabric. With production capacity of 300 containers of flex banner and 50 containers and 30 containers of vinyl per month, Pioneer is the largest player in the fast growing Digital Media industry. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries now. In Indian market, we have the largest market share. We buy our raw material from world's reputed producers like: PVC : LG Korea, Formosa Taiwan DOP : BASF Petronas Chemical Sdn Bhd CaCo3 : Mogsons Vietnam Reinforcement Fabric : Produced within our factory for export orders of flex by using expensive knitting machines from LIBA Karl mayor Germany. Because of the usage of machines, technology and raw materials from internationally reputed sources, the quality of our product is better than our competitors in the international market. We produce Flex Banner (Frontlit, Backlit, Black Back, Grey Back) from 240 GSM to 610 GSM with widths from 1 meter to 3.2 meter in different colour tone like bluish, whitish, yellowish, pure white, off white and as per our your requirement. We produce PVC Foam Board (Forex Sheet) from 1mm to 18mm thickness. Density and size can be customized as per your requirement. You will also get advantage of lower price because of low cost of Indian manpower and low ocean freight from India.
